Ham and Cheese Rolls with Bread

Ingredients:
– 4 slices of white bread
– 4 slices of cooked ham
– 4 slices of cheese
– 250ml (1 cup) of milk
– 1 egg
– Pepper
– Butter
Preparation:
1. Flatten the bread with a rolling pin, add a slice of ham and cheese to each piece of bread, and roll them up tightly. Wrap the rolls in tin foil and refrigerate them for an hour.
2. Mix the milk and egg together and season with pepper. After an hour, remove the rolls from the refrigerator, unwrap them, and dip them in the milk mixture.
3. Fry the rolls in butter until golden brown, cooking a few minutes on each side.
