1 lb ground beef (you can also use ground pork or turkey)

2-3 green chiles (such as Hatch or poblano), roasted, peeled, and chopped
2 medium tomatoes, diced
1 large potato, peeled and diced
1/2 cup peas (optional)
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup beef broth or water
2 tbsp olive oil.
