📝 Ingredients:

**For the Dough:**

– 3 cups all-purpose flour

– 1 tsp salt

– 1 tbsp granulated sugar

– 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast

– 1 cup warm water

– 2 tbsp olive oil

**For the Filling:**

– 1/2 lb thinly sliced pepperoni

– 1/2 lb thinly sliced salami

– 1/2 lb thinly sliced provolone cheese

– 1/2 lb thinly sliced mozzarella cheese

– 1/2 cup sliced black olives

– 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced

– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil or parsley

– 1 tsp dried oregano

– 1/2 tsp garlic powder

– Salt and pepper, to taste

**For Brushing:**

– 2 tbsp olive oil

– 1/2 tsp garlic powder

– 1/2 tsp dried oregano

– 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
