Ingredients
Filling
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ cup onion {diced}
1 teaspoon garlic {minced}
2 cans cream of mushroom soup {or cream of chicken}
1 ½ cups chicken broth
½ cup milk {I used 1%}
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon thyme {I used fresh}
2 cups frozen peas and carrots
4 cups cooked chicken {diced or shredded}
Biscuit Topping
2 cups Bisquick {or your favorite pancake mix}
⅔ cup buttermilk
½ cup grated cheese {I used cheddar}
½ teaspoon dried parsley
Topping
2 tablespoons butter {melted}
⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
