BRITISH BANGERS AND GARLIC BUTTER STEAK BITES AND CHEESY SMASHED POTATOES 



Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the bangers and cook, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes. Remove from the skillet and keep warm.
Step 2: Prepare the Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Season the steak pieces with salt and pepper.
In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
Add the steak bites and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness.
Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute, until fragrant.
Sprinkle the steak bites with chopped parsley and remove from heat.
Step 3: Make the Cheesy Smashed Potatoes

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Boil the baby potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.
Place the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Use the bottom of a glass or a potato masher to gently smash each potato.
Drizzle the smashed potatoes with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until crispy.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the potatoes and return to the oven for another 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted
