Cheddar Bacon Chicken Tenders

1. Preheat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.
2. In a shallow bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
3. Place the flour in a separate shallow bowl and the beaten eggs in another.
4. Dredge each chicken tender in the flour, shaking off any excess, then dip it into the beaten eggs. Finally, coat each tender evenly with the panko mixture, pressing down slightly to ensure the coating sticks.
5. Arrange the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they are evenly spaced and not touching.
6. Lightly spray the tops of the tenders with cooking spray to help them crisp up.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown and crispy.
8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
