Crispy Glazed Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

For the Wings:

2 lbs (about 1 kg) chicken wings, split into drumettes and flats
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Oil for frying.

For the Glaze:

1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot for Buffalo wings)
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup honey (for a honey glaze)
2 tablespoons soy sauce (optional, for extra flavor)
2 cloves garlic, minced (optional).
