8 oz Tub of Whipped Topping, thawed and divided
30 Graham Crackers, broken in half and divided
6 oz Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
7 oz Jar of Marshmallow Creme
1/3 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips optional
