GLUTEN FREE PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE PRETZEL PIE

Tools
Using a hand mixer makes this dessert come together that much faster. It’s especially helpful when mixing the chocolate pudding layer. When making instant pudding with dairy free milk, it’s a little harder to get it to set and mixing at a high speed helps.

Storage for Gluten Free Peanut Butter Chocolate Pretzel Pie
Gluten Free Peanut Butter Chocolate Pretzel Pie is the perfect make ahead dessert. It only gets better as it refrigerates and the flavors of the layers marry and the pretzel crust slightly softens. This is a dessert that needs to remain refrigerated unless it’s being served. Keep it covered tightly with plastic wrap and it will last for up to five days in the refrigerator. Trust me, it will get eaten first.
How to Make this Recipe Nut Free
With so many allergens and food sensitivities, I am always looking for ways to make my recipes accessible to everyone. If you or one of your friends or family have a tree nut allergy, the peanut butter in this recipe can be replaced with sunflower seed butter.

In addition to providing its own unique flavor that is a great swap for peanut butter, sunflower seed butter also offers up additional nutrients. It’s rich in protein, vitamin E, fiber, zinc, and iron.
