Jammie Dodger Cupcakes

Ingredients

For the Cupcakes
160g Unsalted Butter / Stork
160g Soft Light Brown Sugar
160g Self Raising Flour
3 Large Eggs
2 tablespoons milk (I used semi-skimmed)
For the Buttercream
150g Unsalted Butter
300g Icing Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
For the Decoration
24 Mini Jammie Dodgers – they come in packs of 4, so this is 6 packs!
250g Jam (I used raspberry, but you could also use strawberry!)
