Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls 



In a skillet, cook beef steak, green bell pepper, and onion until vegetables are tender and meat is cooked through.
Remove from heat and stir in shredded provolone cheese.
Place filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Roll and seal the edges with water.
Heat oil in a deep fryer or skillet. Fry egg rolls until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
