INSTRUCTIONS

Combined sugar and butter in a mixing bowl and turn on in medium speed, sift all dry ingredients flour,cocoa powder,baking powder and baking soda, if the butter and sugar become soft…you can add egg and continues mixing in a medium speed until the mixture incorporate then you can add d the dry ingredients except cocoa powder add also vanilla,butter milk then mix together cocoa powder and red food color then add to the mixture mixing in a low speed mix until mixture well combined removed from mixer then prepare a cupcake baking pan lined with cupcake paper cup pour the mixture into the cupcake food pan 3/4 on its height then bake at 160’C for about 35-40min. Then remove from oven an cool down…

For frosting Cream:
625grms. Icing Sugar
175grms. Shortening
235grms. Butter
1tsp. Vanilla
