Orange and Coconut Cake

Ingredients:
Cake:
3 eggs
Pinch of salt

200 g (1 cup) sugar
60 ml (¼ cup) vegetable oil
150 ml (⅔ cup) fresh orange juice (juice of 1 orange)
Grated zest of 1 orange
220 g (1¾ cups) all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

Topping:
1 tablespoon honey
Coconut flakes, for garnish

Instructions:
Prepare the Batter:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish (about 24 cm) with 1 tablespoon of soft butter and lightly dust with flour.
In a mixing bowl, beat 3 eggs with a pinch of salt until slightly frothy.
